We’ve been living and creating stories together for over 300 years.

 

Our first book, Four Go Mad in Massachusetts, was an illustrated travel memoir of exploring the state with our twin sons (Giant Chairs! Plastics Museum! Guy With Too Many Thermometers!).

​

Since then we've mostly been creating picture books together. Books for wee ones about the fragility of the ocean, the months of the year, Occupy , anarchy and independence, a happy troupe of punk rockers and Frank Sinatra. 

 

We live in a big old crumbly creaky house in North Adams, Massachusetts with our unschooled sons, chickens and really weird dog. We swear a lot.
